How cancellations and refunds work for Argonautas subscriptions.

30-day satisfaction guarantee
If Argonautas is not right for you, cancel within the first 30 days of your first paid subscription and we will refund everything you have paid, monthly or annual. No questions asked.
Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel at any time; your subscription stops renewing at the end of the current month and you keep access until then. After the first 30 days, monthly charges are not refunded, including for partial months.
Annual plans
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for twelve months at the price of eleven and renew automatically each year. After the first 30 days, you may cancel at any time for a pro-rated refund of the full months remaining in your term, calculated at the discounted annual rate. If you prefer, you can instead let the subscription run to the end of the term without renewing.
How to cancel or request a refund
Email hello@argonautas.pro from the address on your account, or call +1 786-538-6948. We confirm every cancellation in writing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Your data
Cancelling does not hold your data hostage. Before your access ends, you can export your data, and we will help you do so on request.
