Acceptance of terms

These terms govern your access to and use of argonautas.pro, any demo environment we provision for you, and any paid Argonautas Suite subscription. By using the site, requesting a demo, or subscribing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the service. The site, demo, and service are operated by Argonautas IT, LLC.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site, and if you request a demo on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf. Your use of the site and demo is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

What we provide

This site presents information about Argonautas Suite and lets you request a demonstration. The demo is a temporary, isolated environment populated with sample data so you can evaluate the product. It is provided for evaluation only and is not intended for real operational or production use.

Argonautas Suite itself is a paid subscription service. The demo is free; production use of the software is billed as described under “Subscriptions and billing” below.

Demo environment

Each demo is disposable and is automatically destroyed approximately 72 hours after it is created. Any data you enter into a demo may be lost when it is destroyed and should not be considered private or retained. Do not enter real guest, owner, payment, or other sensitive information into a demo environment.

Subscriptions and billing

Argonautas Suite is billed per active property at the rates shown on our Pricing page, in US dollars. You may choose monthly billing or annual billing. Annual billing is charged upfront for twelve months at the price of eleven.

Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) and are charged to the payment method on file until you cancel. Your charge for each period reflects the number of active properties on your account. Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. By arrangement, you may instead pay by bank transfer against an invoice.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@argonautas.pro. A monthly subscription stops renewing at the end of the current month, and you keep access until then. An annual subscription stops renewing at the end of the current term unless you request a refund as described below.

Refunds. Within the first 30 days of your first paid subscription, you may cancel for a full refund. After 30 days, monthly charges are non-refundable, and annual subscriptions may be cancelled for a pro-rated refund of the unused months. Full details are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Price changes. We may change our prices. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before a new price applies to your subscription, and the new price will take effect at the start of your next billing period. If you do not agree, you may cancel before then.

Taxes. Prices do not include taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes that apply to your purchase, which will be shown on your invoice where we are required to collect them.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry. You have 30 days to settle the balance, and your account stays available in the meantime. If payment is still outstanding after 30 days, we will help you export your data before we close your account and delete it. Guest-facing services for stays already booked, such as door codes and the guest portal, remain active through checkout, so your travelers are never affected by a billing issue.

Acceptable use

When using the site or a demo, you agree not to:

• —Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
• —Use the site for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others
• —Submit false information or impersonate another person or organization
• —Copy, scrape, or resell the site or its content without permission
• —Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying structure of the Argonautas Suite software
• —Use the site or a demo to build, train, or inform a competing product or service

Intellectual property

The Argonautas name, logo, the Argonautas Suite software, and the content of this site are owned by Argonautas IT, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms do not grant you any license to our trademarks or content except as needed to use the site as intended.

Disclaimer

The site and demo are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the site or demo will be error-free or continuously available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Argonautas IT, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the site, a demo environment, or the service. Our total aggregate liability arising from or related to these terms will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose or one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, where Argonautas IT, LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from or related to these terms or your use of the site or demo will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
