Acceptance of terms

These terms govern your access to and use of argonautas.pro and any demo environment we provision for you. By using the site or requesting a demo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site and demo are operated by Argonautas IT, LLC.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site, and if you request a demo on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf. Your use of the site and demo is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

What we provide

This site presents information about Argonautas Suite and lets you request a demonstration. The demo is a temporary, isolated environment populated with sample data so you can evaluate the product. It is provided for evaluation only and is not intended for real operational or production use.

Demo environment

Each demo is disposable and is automatically destroyed approximately 72 hours after it is created. Any data you enter into a demo may be lost when it is destroyed and should not be considered private or retained. Do not enter real guest, owner, payment, or other sensitive information into a demo environment.

Acceptable use

When using the site or a demo, you agree not to:

• —Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
• —Use the site for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others
• —Submit false information or impersonate another person or organization
• —Copy, scrape, or resell the site or its content without permission
• —Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying structure of the Argonautas Suite software
• —Use the site or a demo to build, train, or inform a competing product or service

Intellectual property

The Argonautas name, logo, the Argonautas Suite software, and the content of this site are owned by Argonautas IT, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms do not grant you any license to our trademarks or content except as needed to use the site as intended.

Disclaimer

The site and demo are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the site or demo will be error-free or continuously available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Argonautas IT, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the site or a demo environment. Because the site and demo are provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability arising from or related to your use of them will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, where Argonautas IT, LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from or related to these terms or your use of the site or demo will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
